General principles - Negligence and strict liability - Professional liability (with particular reference to “Health Care and medical Malpractice Reform”) - Causation theories and causation rules - Tort damages for non-economic losses and personal injury - Wrongful death damages - Damages for wrongful birth and wrongful life - Punitive damages - Pure economic loss - Analysis of leading cases
