Genoa City Council which is responsible for administrating an area which is regularly prone to flooding, has decided to translate the following information sheet into a number of languages for visitors, foreign residents and the growing immigrant population. One of the languages chosen is English. On the basis of your analysis produce a translation of the first two paragraphs.
