The Political-Economic Geography course will begin in the second semester. The class schedule will be published on the Humanities Faculty website no earlier than December 2026.
The required textbooks are:
  • MacLeavy, J., Lim, K. F., & Watson, A. (2026). Economic Geography: The Basics (1st ed.). Routledge.
  • Raffestin, C. (2026). Political Geography: Selected Essays (E. Dell'Agnese, Ed.). Unicopli.
Both textbooks are mandatory. They are available through major online booksellers and at physical bookstores. Students are also encouraged to check with the Faculty Library, as a reference copy will be available for consultation when the course begins.
The detailed course syllabus will be published in the Files section of this platform before the start of the course.
The course consists of 30 hours of lectures, together with additional learning activities that will be announced by the instructor during the course.
Assessment is based on two optional mid-term tests offered during the semester and a final oral examination held during the official examination sessions.
