| Modificato il 11 Feb 2021, 10:54

Please, note that in order to participate in an exam it is mandatory to:

  1. access both the Moodle and Teams with the final Office 365 account provided by the University (the temporary account will not be permitted to access the exam). It is suggested to keep at ones disposal the username and password of the final account, in case of a malfunctioning of the system or a loss of connection
  2. have completed the following steps (you can refer to the files “Instructions to access Teams and Moodle” and “Instructions to use Moodle” in the Didattica website):

  • enrol to the exam through the Delphi website
  • join the course of Engineering Economics in MS Teams with your final Office 365 account
  • join the course of Engineering Economics in the Moodle platform with your final Office 365 account

Without one of these requirements, it will not be possible to participate in the exam.

Please, take note that in order to take the exam you have to connect to the Moodle platform with a laptop/desktop: other devices, such as smartphones and tablets, can give problems when accessing the exam.

The day of the exam it is mandatory to:

  1. join the meeting in the course of Engineering Economics in MS Teams with the final Office 365 account: you will find a section named “Exam – [date of the exam]” in which there will be the meeting. It is mandatory to be on time
  2. have at ones disposal an ID document with the picture
  3. organise the workspace. The PC must frame both your face AND your desk, so that I can identify you and I can see what is on your desk. The only things allowed on the desk are blank sheets to do calculus, pens and a scientific calculator. If you have – but this is not mandatory – both a PC and a smartphone, you can join the meeting on MS Teams with the final Office 365 account with both devices and place the smartphone to frame you, your desk and your PC monitor while you work on the exam with the PC. In this case, you have to mute the mic and to lower the volume on the smartphone
  4. remain connected to the meeting with your webcam turned on for all the time of the exam
  5. you cannot leave the workspace during the exam

  Exam process description:

  1. join the meeting on MS Teams with the final Office 365 account at the right time, with your mic and your webcam switched off
  2. during the first part of the meeting, I will take the Delphi enrolments and I will do roll call. When I call your name, you must switch on the webcam and, if requested, show the ID document
  3. when the roll call is over, I will take few seconds to enable only the identified students to access the exam test on the Moodle platform
  4. in the meanwhile, you must switch on your webcam. From now on the webcam must be switched on
  5. access the course of Engineering Economics in the Moodle platform with the final Office 365 account without leaving the meeting in MS Teams. You must remain connected to the meeting for all the time of the exam. If you leave the meeting, the exam will be considered not valid
  6. read very carefully the notes under the link to take the exam before accessing it
  7. access the exam on the Moodle platform. The exam will have a time to be completed
  8. you can choose to submit the exam before the time has expired or to use all the time at your disposal: when the time runs out the exam will be automatically submitted
  9. if you submit the exam before the time runs out you must remain connected to the meeting on MS Teams with your webcam turned on. If you leave the meeting before the time has run out or if you turn off your webcam, your exam will be considered not valid although submitted
