Dear Claudio,
We will be setting up a registration website to collect your students information. We are expecting 19 students from your school. Since the age restrictions are new, we have decided to make the school apartments alcohol free this year, meaning that if you have excellent students that you would like to add to your list, let us know those numbers and we will try to accommodate them too. I know that you have been waiting a while for conformation, it was that we were working on this detail.
We will ask specifically the students that are not 21 to sign a form promising to abide by the alcohol free policy
The school is concerned about the liabilities. This should not be a problem, since they have so much time in the laboratory.
The dates and the fees are as we already described.
If you have more students, we need those numbers as we are limited to a total number.
The dates July 1 to July 13. We suggest airtransat flight TS 381 arriving to Toronto at 17:45. We will pick the students up at that airport. The return July 13 TS 306 leaving Toronto at 21:00. The fees will be $1900. This will include the dissection, scrubs, apartments, and some activities.
