Please, find below some additional information:

The students have to pay in full before they arrive. They can pay a portion earlier then login again to pay the balance.

The program is run not for profit- so I have to know how much money is coming in so that I do not overspend

They can leave a 500us deposit on the site I gave you, the balance should be payed by June 2 (if there are some issues for individuals, please contact me).

There are many students that want to come, so I need to know asap so that the positions are all used. Pisa is asking for students as are other cities.  

I also need to urgently know how many of you will attend the course. I also contacted the travel agency and they told me that they offer discounts if we buy a group ticket for all of you. Lastly, I need the following information from you:

1. email address of each student

2. possible health problem of any of you

3. name and email address of one of you who will serve as formal contact for this course.
