Prerequisiti: Fundamentals of General Chemistry, Fundamentals of Organic Chemistry, Fundamentals fo Thermodynamics and Kinetics, Fundamentals of Error Theory.
Obiettivi: In this Course the students, future chemists, are provided with the fundamental notions for the understanding of a class of materials ubiquitous in activities where the Chemist is usually deployed. Topics of Macromolecular Chemistry will be discussed, using the language and the knowledge tools already elaborated by the student in the first level degree. The course has an elementary and interdisciplinary character, based on the implemented approach with concepts already included in the classes of Chemistry, Physics, and Mathematics. The teaching material, provided in English, in digital form, is structured in such a way to prepare the students, operating in the near future in very heterogeneous working environments to the understanding of concepts and applications reconducting to polymers. The laboratory sessions are conceived to highlight experimentally concepts of the macromalecular chemistry provided in the classroom and in the laboratory inducing a student critical approach.
