Obiettivi: COURSE TOPICS: - Introduction to computing systems: architecture, operating system, proramming environments. - Representation of numerical and non-numerical information. - Introduction to programming: input/output, variables; control structures; functions: libraries, function definition, parameters; recursion. - Data structures: arrays and structures. - Principles of object-oriented programming. EDUCATIONAL GOALS: basic knowledge of principle, methodologies and techniques of computing, with reference to sequential computational models. Basic architecture of computer systems. Programming environments and tools for programs development.
