Obiettivi: The course is aimed at providing information regarding the molecular mechanisms implicated in the biological responses to drugs. The first part of the course will consist in a detailed analysis of the molecular structure of receptors and the cellular and molecular mechanisms implicated in the pharmacological responses. The second part will be focused on cellular and molecular mechanisms of toxicity, regulatory guidelines and experimental approaches for the safety of drugs.
