Obiettivi: Sport psychology is the study of the mental and psychological factors which affect and are affected by the participation and the performance in sport and physical activity. The purpose of such discipline (according to the knowledge acquired from this study) is the comprehension of the psychological mechanisms which lead the participation to the sport and the physical exercise to increase the personal development and wellbeing during the whole life arc. To such an end it is necessary that who is interested in professional sport has a specific and up-to-date piece of information about the most recent acquisitions in psychology and psychiatry.
Ricevimento: Durante il primo semestre, ricevimento si svolge dalle 11 alle 13, il venerdi', presso lo studio 32, primo piano, edificio B o, nello stesso orario, a distanza (Teams).
