  • Objectives: TRAINING OBJECTIVES: The course aims to train the student to allow him to acquire fundamental skills regarding the Italian and European regulation of intermediaries and financial markets, with particular attention to supervisory profiles, rules of conduct, investment services, ratings and market abuse. KNOWLEDGE AND UNDERSTANDING: The acquisition of skills, obtained through the analyisis of cases, will allow students to develop their own critical thinking skills, which can be spent both in a research field and in law practice. At the end of the course, the student is expected to have acquired the ability to understand all the fundamental institutions of financial market law and that he will be able to understand the main issues and criticalities of the legal system. ABILITY TO APPLY KNOWLEDGE AND UNDERSTANDING: Through legal clinics, in particular, students will apply the acquired knowledge, test their ability to solve problems and practical of financial market law in practice.
